Shipping times will vary as we ship all mail/Internet orders once a week, usually on a Monday, so you will need to allow for the time between ordering to dispatch on top of the following estimated schedule.
Our preferred freight company is Australia Post Wine Delivery Service. They will deliver most metropolitan and non-metropolitan orders within 7 working days.
We ask that you allow 10 working days from placing the order to receiving your wine. Customers will be contacted should there be an exception to this schedule.
Please Note: It is Kilikanoon’s policy that all orders must be received at the delivery address, wine will not be left unattended. If you are unable to receive your wine a Parcel Card will be delivered and the wine will be available to collect from the designated Australia Post Office.
Refunds & returns policy
Kilikanoon Wines is proud of the quality of its products and stands by them. If you are unhappy with our product we offer a 30-day refund policy for goods and delivery charges on wine returned to our cellar door in good condition.
Please contact us to make return/refund arrangements. Any faults or breakages that occur during transit to you are replaced under insurance.
Once we receive returning goods, we will refund the purchase price, usually within 14 days.
