IMPORTANT: By proceeding with this order I, the customer, declare that I meet the legal age requirement to purchase alcohol in my country of residence as does the recipient of any wine ordered. I also understand that it is an offence to purchase wine from this Website if I do not meet this requirement.
Please be aware that all orders are only an expression of interest and not considered binding unless accepted by the winery and confirmed by way of a return email. All information in this Website is subject to change without notice and no liability is accepted by the individual winery or Kilikanoon Wines Pty Ltd for any information in error or in conflict with previously or subsequently issued publication.

This website ("Website") is owned and operated by Kilikanoon Wines Pty Ltd, ACN 098 520 186 ("Kilikanoon Wines"). Your access to this Website is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained in this document and elsewhere on the Website (known collectively as "Terms and Conditions"). Your use of, and/or access to, this Website constitutes your agreement to the Terms and Conditions. Kilikanoon Wines reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time. The person undertaking the ordering of any alcohol based products in Australia must be over 18 years of age. It is illegal for a person under the age of 18 to purchase alcohol.
The owner of the credit card that is used to complete the financial transaction on this Website must be the person undertaking the ordering of products through this Website.
Security/Privacy
Credit card transactions are performed using the National Australia Bank's Secure Online Internet Payment System (NSIPS) Website. This site uses industry standard 128 bit SSL encryption techniques to ensure your security. No third party ever gets to see your card details.
Your contact details and any other information that you supply us with remains private and will never be passed on or sold to advertisers or other mailing lists.
If you are included on one of our mailing lists and wish to be removed, we will do so at the first confirmed request and/or provide instructions to enable you to do this.
Refunds & returns policy
Kilikanoon Wines is proud of the quality of its products and stands by them. If you are unhappy with our product we offer a 30-day refund policy for goods and delivery charges on wine returned to our cellar door in good condition. Please contact us to make return/refund arrangements. Any faults or breakages that occur during transit to you are replaced under insurance.
Once we receive returning goods, we will refund the purchase price, usually within 14 days.
Intellectual property and restrictions on use of content on the Website.
The intellectual property rights (including copyright) in all information, text, material, graphics, software and advertisements on the Website ("Content") are owned and/or controlled by Kilikanoon Wines, its suppliers and/or licensors unless expressly indicated otherwise on the Website.
